The Civic Leader Summit will be held at the Saenger Theatre and Wahoos Stadium, both located in Downtown Pensacola.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Attendees typically show up in everything from jeans and polos to business attire. We do recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll be traveling on foot between venues.

Continental style breakfast will be served on Wednesday and Thursday, but you’ll be on your own for lunch and dinner throughout the event. But don’t worry, Downtown Pensacola has plenty of great options!

Free parking is available at the Blue Wahoos Stadium Tuesday - Thursday.

Yes! Special group rates for our attendees are available at the Hilton Garden Downtown and Holiday Inn Express.
