Frequently Asked Questions

The Civic Leader Summit will take place at several locations throughout downtown Pensacola. Early packet pickup will be held at Bodacious Shops on Tuesday, October 6, followed by the welcome reception that evening at 5eleven Palafox.

On Wednesday, Summit programming will take place at the Saenger Theatre, before moving to Blue Wahoos Stadium for the final day on Thursday.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Attendees typically show up in everything from jeans and polos to business attire. We do recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll be traveling on foot between venues.

Complimentary lunch is provided at the Saenger Theatre on Wednesday, October 7.

Attendees are encouraged to explore the many lunch options in downtown Pensacola on Thursday, October 8.

Free parking is available at the Blue Wahoos Stadium Tuesday - Thursday.

Yes! Special group rates for our attendees are available at the Hilton Garden Downtown and Holiday Inn Express.
